OPI Brazil Beach Sandies Minis Collection Review and... GIVEAWAY!

Spring is springing! The birdies are singing, the sun is shining. My windows are open, my allergies are driving me In.Sane. Well, actually, it has been like this for a long time. In my neck of the woods, Winter never really properly set in. It got a little chilly in December, January. Then started warming up in February, it has felt like Spring, since. It is crazy! I live in Arizona, but in my part of the state, we get four proper seasons, cold weather, even snow. But when the snow was supposed to be flying, it was in the seventies and I was running ceiling fans! This year has been weird as weird. Anywhoozle...
It is Spring as Spring can be and the trees are leafing out and daffodils are blooming and it is time for bright and beautiful nail polish! And some of the brightest is coming from the brains of OPI, you guys. Part of the new Spring Brazil Collection is a set of four mini Liquid Sand polishes called Beach Sandies. These four baby beauties are perfect to brighten up your outlook if you are still suffering the dregs of Winter doldrums or need a a perfect pick-me-up. Nearly neon, but not quite, these juicy, tropical colours will lift your mood and drench your tips in happiness.

The formula on all four of these little beauties is sandy-licious. OPI Liquid Sand is so easy to apply and control, I don't have to do a whole lot of cleanup when I apply them, they dry fairly quickly and while the wear time isn't stellar, I get a good couple of days out of them. Removal isn't difficult, either.
I am not sad that these polishes are minis. I think that by the end of Summer I am going to be happy to set them aside and to be honest, while I am happy to have all four colours, I wouldn't want to have to invest in all of them in full sized bottles.

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, only. I'm sorry, everyone. I wish that it could be otherwise but shipping restrictions being what they are, this is how it has to be. This is open to residents of Alaska and Hawai'i. So far, I haven't had any difficulty sending polish to those states. If the winner is from one of those two states and I have trouble sending to those states, I will go shopping for a special surprise alternate prize that I can send to that winner and send it to that person and draw a new winner for the polishes.
Entrants must be 18 or older or have a parent or legal guardian's permission to enter this giveaway.
I will verify the entries of the winner. If I deem any of the entries to be invalid for any reason, the entrant will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn. There will be no discussion, no argument. My decision is final.
I will contact the winner by e-mail. The winner will have forty-eight hours from the time I send the e-mail to respond and provide their mailing address so that I can mail their prize. If I do not receive a reply within the forty-eight hour window, a new winner will be drawn. I may choose to give the winner additional time to respond to my initial e-mail but that is not promised.
Once I send the package out, my responsibility for it ends. I will try to get a tracking number for it and provide it but I can't guarantee this.
If the package goes missing in shipment and can't be found I will not provide a replacement. This is a one off prize.
