how cool are these fashion illustrations that tobie giddio made for showstudio back in 2013 as a visual report on some of the s/s '14 nyfw fashion shows.

i totally like the idea of making fashion illustrations with charcoal. At least for me it sounds like a great idea maybe even as a transition from academic charcoal studies or sketches into fashion illustration. i think i gotta try this. also, i remember having seen mats (gustafsson, that is) illos also executed in charcoal.
