5 Hair Trends for Fall

So recently I shared some of my favorite makeup trends for fall. I just had to follow it up with some trends for fall hair, right? Put on your coziest sweater, throw on a scarf, pour a mug of pumpkin something, and let's check out some gorgeous hair inspiration for fall:
1--Low, sleek pony--Forget fancy twenty-step hairstyles. Try the elegant and sophisticated low, sleek pony that is perfect for work or play. Use products for shine as well as those to help with frizz, like the Kevin Murphy Smooth Again.
2--Low bun with soft curls--Because sometimes you need an updo, and this one is inspired by the beautiful Dolce & Gabbana campaigns.. Think a little less messy bun but still a bit undone with curled tendrils that frame the face. I love using the Goody Spin Pins for these.
3--The Lob--Karlie Kloss made this hairstyle a household name and it is (still) immensely popular this season. But instead of those tight, beachy waves, go a bit looser with them, using a flat iron.
4--Sexy bedhead--Leave the beach and turn those waves into loose curls--ala Bridgette Bardot/Blake Lively using a large barrel wand or curling iron. Use L'oreal Boost It for volume and use Garnier Texture Tease to give some definition and texture to those curls.
5--Straight, sleek, and parted--If you have straight hair, you're already one step ahead of the game. Try a deep side part to mix things up (and a smile, unlike the model above, because it's FALL Y'ALL).
