Today I'm back with another recipe from my collaboration with Smirnoff Ice -- just in time for end of summer BBQs and the quickly approaching Labor Day weekend! I love a good Margarita, especially when I'm serving Mexican inspired cuisine so I was pleasntly surprised to discover that Smirnoff Ice is the
perfect ingredient to whip up a quick batch of Margaritas when you don't feel like spending too much time in the kitchen. Smirnoff ice with a squeeze of lime juice alone is also a great compliment to any summer meal, especially with dishes that have a little kick. Read on for the recipe and be sure to check back tomorrow when I share the recipes for the Chimichurri Skirt Steak, Pinto Beans Grilled Romaine Salad I made too! See how I made a Cherry Mojito with Smirnoff Ice
here.
I'm all about an easy cocktail recipe, and this one is perfect to create in large batches -- I know I'll be serving a pitcher of them this weekend when Austin's family is in town!
