****About the Book****

Triangles by Kimberly Ann Miller
Published Date: July 2013
Publisher: Spencer Hill Press
Genre: YA

The Story: A cruise ship. A beautiful island. Two sexy guys. What could possibly go wrong?

In the Bermuda Triangle—a lot.

Hoping to leave behind the reminders of her crappy life--her father's death years ago, her mother's medical problems, and the loser who’s practically stalking her--seventeen-year-old Autumn Taylor hops on a ship with her sister for a little distraction. When she wakes up in the Bermuda Triangle, she fears she's gone nuts for more than one reason: that loser’s suddenly claiming they're a happy couple... a hot guy is wrapping his arms around her and saying "Happy Anniversary"... and suddenly, she’s full of bruises, losing her hair, and getting IV medication. Autumn visits the ship's doctor, hoping for a pill or a shot to make the craziness go away. Instead, she's warned that these "alternate realities" could become permanent.

She just has to ask herself one question—how the hell is she going to get out of this mess?

My Review

****Character Interview****
Nicole: Are you going to go back on a cruise to the Bermuda Triangle?
Autumn: I don’t think I’m going anywhere near the Bermuda Triangle ever again! Yeah, it helped me grow up and get over myself, but what I went through—I don’t think I can go through that again. It almost sent me to the loony bin.
Nicole: What's next for you? Are you going to college?
Autumn: Yes. I plan on getting my undergrad degree in Biology, then going to medical school. I want to work with kids with cancer. Living with cancer for a day was so horrifying, yet it made me value what health I have. Plus, I want to be able to help other kids and teenagers get through it if I can.
Nicole: How has your life been different since your experience on that cruise?
Autumn: I grew up A LOT. I had a really negative view of life and all I wanted to do was run away from everything. Since the cruise, I learned you can’t run away. All your problems and issues just follow you wherever you go. So I realized I had to face whatever crap I’ve been dealt. It’s not always easy, and sometimes it really sucks, but that’s life.
Nicole: Has your sister's new boyfriend gotten his skin checked out for cancer?
Autumn: Yes! And he’s fine! But you can be sure I’ll keep on them for him to keep getting checks in the future.
Nicole: Do you think your mom had anything to do with your experience on the cruise?
Autumn: No. What happened in the Triangle was greater than all of us. If I ever figure it out, I will be happy to let you know!

Nicole: Thanks Autumn!!
