One of my favorite cuticle oils is KBShimmer‘s Pink Sugar Cuticle Oil pen. I love how handy it is to toss in a small handbag, and how it smells.

I use this cuticle oil pen to keep my nails moisturized. I tend to bite the skin around my nail beds, especially on the sides, and especially when I’m nervous. But the act of moisturizing with cuticle oil keeps me conscious of the health of my nails and surrounding skin, and keeps the skin hydrated so I don’t get the jagged pieces that I eventually want to pick at.

When I saw that one of my favorite oils was available in four new scents (or three new scents and unscented!), I was excited!

You can now get KBShimmer’s oil in Raspberry Vanilla, Peppermint, Chai Tea and Unscented!

Please excuse my stained, naked nails. But, pre cuticle oil:

After cuticle oil:

Unscented is as promised – scent free! This is perfect for those folks who might not care for added aroma when they moisturize their cuticles. I sometimes use a cuticle oil and then a hand lotion, and an unscented cuticle oil is helpful, so that my hands only smell like one thing at a time!

Chai Tea is a spicy yet sweet scent. This is the one I’ve been reaching for most the last week. It doesn’t remind me of chai tea so much as it reminds me of the holidays. And I’m excited for the holidays this year!

Raspberry Vanilla is a YUMMY. It’s got a sharp raspberry fruit scent and the vanilla is a very subtle complement. I was worried the vanilla would make this a very heady scent, but I was really happy with it!

Peppermint is one of my favorite scents, ever, and this cuticle oil smells like candy canes!!!! I am obsessed! Peppermint is also something that I use to help when my stomach is upset. I sniff it or chew peppermint gum. It’ll be nice to have this to whip out this holiday season if I’m nauseous.

The best part about owning one of each of these is that I can switch depending on my scent mood.

These new scents launch with the rest of the KBShimmer winter launches on November 1st! See more of the KBShimmer winter 2014 launch here!

Which one of these new cuticle oil pens sounds most appealing to you?!
