Since one of my very favourite desserts is chocolate coeur à la crème, this new Philly brick is bound to be a favourite for me – although I do have to make sure I don’t just eat it straight from the package! Tasked with coming up with a recipe for this fab new product, I made myself think outside the box, so, beyond coeur à la crème, chocolate cheesecake, or Little Pots of Jam and (Chocolate) Cream, I decided this cream cheese would go nicely in some sort of breakfast pastry. And hey, doesn’t peanut butter go well with chocolate? And that’s how I decided to make little puff-pastry pinwheels stuffed with peanut butter and Philadelphia Chocolate Brick Cream Cheese!
Check out the recipe for my Chocolate Peanut Butter Pinwheels over on the Real Women of Philadelphia website and while you’re there, check out some tips for baking with the new Philly Chocolate!
