Sisters

Hi everyone!

Let me introduce you to my Sisters. Say hello to them!

These girls were inspired by European winters, in particular by a trip to Moscow that I went on last year. All the women looked so beautiful and elegant in their fur coats, I just had to draw them!

I decided to keep it in black and white and focus on the lines as much as possible. I wanted to recreate the look of the different textures I saw. In the end it worked like therapy for me: drawing line after line, detail after detail, adding in the shading and the volume, slowly building the illustration on paper… It’s my favourite process in the world!

Anyway, I’ve had this illustration for quite a while now and recently decided to put it on Society 6. I like the quality and the variety of products they have on offer and I LOVE to see my drawings applied to real objects! When I’m drawing I don’t really think about how my illustration would look as a wall clock or as a handbag, so it’s always an exciting surprise!

My Sisters are now available for purchase as art prints (framed or not, you choose!), as tote bags in various sizes, as wall clocks, pillows and a bunch of other nice goodies for you and your home!

Oh, and there is a sale on as well: FREE worldwide delivery until 13th July. Check it out here.

Lots of love.
