Rrrrettich & rrrred cabbage,

My next story for the 10th issue Libelle Magazine puts simple dishes with seasonal vegetables in the spotlight. In Dutch all these veggies start with an ‘R‘, in English, umm well almost: Rrrrettich, Rrrred cabbage, Rrrred beets and Turrrrnip tops. Two recipes are online on their website: here and here.
