Spring in the Orient

Many parts of Asia won't experience spring as the western world would. In the Philippines for instance, we're already entering summer! However, a lot of our prints and patterns are very much inspired by the season. In general, we're suckers for florals and bright, pastel hues. Wouldn't you agree that the design on my blazer from ROMWE is beautifully oriental? I'm leaning more towards the theory that this is Japanese-inspired rather than Chinese. Still, I really can't say for sure. Anyone care to enlighten me on which is which? Either way, it goes to show how colorful and lovely eastern culture is.
