Blue is quite a refreshing color, wouldn't you agree? While this look may not exactly be the perfect summer outfit, its colors do bring me to clear skies and cool waters. Today I'm wearing another classic dress from IN LOVE WITH FASHION with a lovely sweetheart neckline and fitted waist. Bold as the cobalt blue shade of this dress may be, I find that the main attraction in this look is my blue floral necklace from APPLE IN EYE Jewelry. The colors of this necklace add the variety of blue tones that completes this look.
