new arrivals at j.crew! my picks.
Hi everyone!
It's a breath of fresh air in JC land, to see something new and pretty and non-sweater-y or faux-Morocco-y. Some new spring arrivals have donned the website this morning. While not a huge rollout, I feel like it's a bit more understated than recent offerings, with some very pretty, yet interesting prints. They also kept the 40% off sale, but sadly, final sale has returned (code SHOPHAPPY).
First up is the Moonglow Paisley Silk Tee -- Love this print! Silk, but in a wearable tee silhouette. At $98, I think it will sell well.
Lucie Printed Fabric Slingback Flats -- These are a throwback to old school Crew for sure. Love both the leopard (in linen) and the checked grape natural (cotton/silk), both with leather linings. Pricey alas.
Misty Fog Floral Popover -- It's a busy sort of 70's print, but I'm digging it, I think because I really like the colors.
Misty Fog Floral Shift -- This is the non-collection dress with this fun print. I'm excited because it's a shift dress, but it looks longer than the Jules. We shall see!
Collection Misty Fog Floral Dress -- If I had an event for which to wear this, it would be mine. Love it, love that it's a wool/silk blend. If by some miracle it makes its way to a sale price in my size, I might need to have it anyway.
Crystal Melange Necklace -- I don't have a ton of the latest bling J.Crew has offered, but I do appreciate them on others. I have a few and that's been enough for me, as I just find I don't reach for them enough. That said, I think this one is fun and I really like all the colors in it. It's tempting me.
