Weight Loss Wednesday




Loss This Week: Stayed the same Loss overall: 51lbs Pounds till target: 17lbs
Ceri took the batteries out of my weighing scales so I can only weigh once a week, which is half good and half bad!

I've started doing The Biggest Loser Wii Fit game (I picked Bob as my trainer, naturally!) And it's super good! The work outs are short and sharp but things I've never tried before like lifting my pelvis and similar things that work on my "abs". I just need to stick to a routine of doing it when I get in from work!
