Has it happened to you? I know it’s happened to me.

You have a project. It’s due soon. But you’re nowhere near done.

Panic button – pressed.

The project seems like a huge forest that you need to get through and you don’t even know where to start.

And if you’re anything like me, a stress rash creeps up onto your neck and face.

Game over. The stress has won.

Except it hasn’t. Stress is something that affects most people at one point or another.

It’s completely normal, and overcome-able.

That’s what I’m talking about today.

Learning how to calm myself down when I’m under pressure is something I’ve had to work hard at to get the stress rashes under control.
