The Artists Abode

I was just paging through the latest issue of Lonny and stumbled upon the Upper East Side Apartment belonging to Artists Laura and Diego Garcia. I love how they were able to embrace the 70s aesthetic of the original space and tie some of the Modern Classics into their design. They do an excellent job of pairing clean and simple pieces with those that are a bit more ornate. Im dying to find a lucite desk like this... LOVE the Saarinen Dining Table and Bertoia Chairs. Roman shades that mimic the decorative molding = perfection.
