I am the founder of Serendipity Garden Designs and writer of Gardens and Polka Dots.

Serendipity Garden Designs is a garden design business based in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.
We focus on allowing the new garden to sit quietly in its landscape, to enhance the already present features
in its surrounds and have longevity with healthy plants and sustainable materials.

My blog, Gardens and Polka Dots is about gardening and the finer things in life.
You never know what you might find there from one week to the next.

I grew up on the north coast of NSW.
Oh, how I longed for the bright lights and business of the city when I was younger.
Now, I find myself longing to return to a place that is quiet,
where I don’t have to go far to collect my thoughts and where I truly feel at home.

But I embrace each city day with love and optimism and I find beauty in the little things, the ‘polka dots’.

I love the great out outdoors, the surprises in nature, the ocean, yoga and sitting quietly to reflect.
