TENDER STARLIGHT

For the past week it's felt

as if the days were running through my fingers,

fleeting moments

without much focus or clarity.

But an underlying tenderness and lightness I guess

behind all the fragmented threads of thought.

Tying up projects,

getting ready for those to come,

and jumping on that train again at the end of the week.

Wishing you plenty of starlight and softness

in the middle of everyday life as you know it.
