Breakfast in Rotterdam: Picknick

They say that a Sunday well spent brings a week of content, so my girlfriends and I decided to test that theory and headed over to Picknick in Rotterdam for breakfast and some much needed coffee. We were there for a short weekend trip (more on Rotterdam later) and simply wanted to enjoy ourselves & discover some fun spots to eat, drink and shop. Picknick pretty much ticks off all the boxes: fun decor, cozy setting and good food. When the sun is shining (it most certainly was not on that day), you can even enjoy your breakfast or lunch on a cute little terrace.

Even though I wanted to try everything on the menu, I opted for the granola with fresh fruit and yoghurt. Definitely delish! I’ll just have to go back one day to try the eggs, special sandwiches or het ontbijtplankje (a bigger breakfast with all kinds of delicious treats).
