Say hello to this Miu Miu beauty, a brand new baby in my bag collection. Before you think I’ve acquired a designer bag addiction – let me tell you the real story behind it all. First there was Zac in New York, and while it’s true that we’re not fully acquainted yet, I couldn’t help but fall in love with another one shortly after. This all had to do with a lovely invitation by Designer Outlet Roermond, a place that’s filled with lust-worthy upscale brands such as Prada, Mulberry and Burberry & a fine selection of more affordable ones like Levi’s, Scotch & Soda, Diesel or Lee. I’ve been to outlets before, but this one certainly trumped the other ones when it came to prices and selection. If you’re in the market for a designer bag I’d seriously consider a visit since the prices drop down to a more affordable rate. At Prada, I was personally more drawn to the Miu Miu offer – where you can find a wide range of wallets and tiny bags in the 200 Euro price range, whilst bigger bags vary between 550 and 700 Euros. Mine was reduced to 560 Euros, and thanks to the generous gift card I received I took this one home for a pretty darn good deal.

If you’re serious about going: it’s about an hour and fifteen minute drive from Antwerp, and I strongly suggest waiting until the 6th of December since they’re launching their sales period at that time (prices will be marked down until 70% – I mean really, that’s so awesome that I’m even thinking about going back but I probably shouldn’t). I suspect there will be a lot of people going crazy over this, so be prepared. May the Prada shopping force be with you.
