Monday Mode ☆ 3 Styles With Zara Flower Print Shorts & Purpose Jewelry

It’s fall in the northern hemisphere, but it feels like at the end of summer in Mumbai. I see jackets, sweaters, hats and boots on blogs, online stores, Instagram photos, and Pinterests. I long for them, but I want to embrace the climate I live in. It’s getting into the best season in Mumbai. The monsoon seems to be officially over. From now until the end of February, the weather outside is nice and comfortable. It is sunny all the time and absolutely gorgeous.

So, here I am in my summer shorts inspired by the Indian weather. By the way, I don’t wear these shorts unless I’m going from my home to another home or venue. I would not wear shorts to go walk around in town in Mumbai because I hardly see women of my age wear them in town. I occasionally see young girls in shorts in town, though. I would feel very self-conscious if I walk around showing this much legs because I would stand out too much. It is interesting how our eyes get used to seeing certain ways of dressing.

Purpose Jewelry

Purpose Jewelry has been one of my favorites since I had learned about the brand in Mumbai. Purpose Jewelry is hand-made in Mumbai by the survivors of Human Trafficking at an NGO called iSanctuary. Here are some new items that I recently purchased from Purpose Jewelry.

If you would like to take a look at other posts on Purpose Jewelry posts formerly known as iSanctuary jewelry, please take a look at the following posts.
