Revlon Whimsical Goes Matte!

Thanks again to Krissy for helping me find this beauty!!!!As you all may already know, Whimsical is quit sheer, so I chose to layer it over top of Hard Candy Sky, and I think they are the perfect couple :) I used 2 coats of each :)I then added a coat of Essie Matte About You, and LOVE the effect. It also got 2 thumbs up from Jack!!
