Book of Fables: Chapter 114 – Samara “The Ring”

This has been a video we’ve dreamed of making (we as in Surfaced Studio and myself) for virtually two years now and was the main reason I didn’t cut my hair for so long! This is our officially Halloween 2014 video, I feel like we try and release one every year (except maybe last year when we were celebrating Halloween in America..), but it was a fantastic experience and I really hope you enjoy the video. It was naturally a massive collaboration between ourselves and our dearest friends who we could never thank enough, so please check them out and show them some love!

Was our official camera man, not only one of my favourite photographers, but his video work is amazing! He’s full time job is actually a professional photographer so we were pretty damn lucky that he for some reason agreed to burn his hard earn weekend on our little short film

Violet LeBeaux
You all know who she is, but no film would be complete with her. She not only has the best eye for detail, she helped put together my costume, shot the behind the scenes and fills in all the gaps that everyone just seems to constantly forget.

I can’t tell you how lucky I am to know and get to work with such amazing individuals, after 10 hours of straight filming with little food and drink you’d think they would want to murder us after, but no. Completely positive and supportive attitude, despite starving and being tired. Make sure to check each of them out! They are amazing people~
