basically, it’s a bruise. just choose a sensitive area on your partner’s skin (neck is a prime example), encircle your lips around the area, and try to suck the skin in. I’m not sure how to explain it well, but try to use your tongue and basically force all the air out of your mouth, and don’t be afraid to plant a few kisses, move around, etc xxx
