Settling In.

I’m beginning to realize that getting back into the habit of updating on here is going to be more challenging than I originally expected. The past couple of weeks have been chaos but it’s all starting to flatline a little bit (although my still messy apartment would suggest otherwise). Now that I have access to my wardrobe and some semblance of a functioning bedroom, I am ready to put a stop to this moving-induced blog hiatus.

I know that I promised a look full of color for my first “Welcome to Los Angeles” post but that just is not going to be the case. I refused to bring my iron and ironing board with hopes I would acquire a steamer upon my arrival … and that has yet to happen. As fate would have it, the colorful dress I intended to blog in my first L.A. post is incredibly wrinkled after the move. So I guess a little black and white will have to do for now.

In other news, L.A. is treating me just fine so far. I’ll give you more information on what I’ve been up to in future posts! (Mostly moving. And eating donuts.)
