FLOWER CROWNS

These photos are now a few weeks old, but I couldn’t resist brightening the blog with them today, at the end of another long week.

As soon as the white paint was dry on the walls of our new Paddo Queenslander, Caroline, The Ever After Story girls and I organised a flower crown making party to christen the space and create visual content for the Showroom website we were busily building.

I was impressed to find that making a super Pinterest-worthy flower crown really is achievable (read: easy) given a couple of hours and the right instructions.

The only bad news was I was allergic to the ethereal green sprigs we used to fashion the base of our crowns and so I didn’t get to model mine for very long.

When we organise flower crown making as a Showroom workshop (and we definitely will!) Caroline and I’ll be sure to find something less sniffle-inducing to lend structural integrity to our fabulous ornaments.

It was so fun working (and playing) with our assembled team of stylists, photographers, and volunteers on the day. Love, thanks, and credit go to:
