Treat Yo Self: Beaded Clutch

Last week I was out shopping with my sister and on our way out of Nordstroms we got sidetracked by an accessories section. We spotted a beautiful beaded clutch, but at $200 it seemed like way too much for a bag that will only come out for special events like a wedding. We continued on and then found a clutch made by the same designer that was even more stunning and was only $139. Now I know $139 is still a good amount for a small evening bag, but it was oh so pretty and seemed like a bargain after the $200 on.

I helped talk my sister into buying it and told her that she needed to treat herself.

It was easy to convince her, because she had already thought it would be a bag that she would keep forever and eventually one of her future granddaughters would want the bag her kooky grandmother had. For all that $139 seemed like a bargain.

All this seemed completely rational and we promptly headed to the registers. Sometimes it’s nice to just treat yo self! I can’t wait to borrow this beauty!
