JOHN RICHMOND SPRING SUMMER 2015

With an exception of a handful of suit ensembles, John Richmond's latest collection reveals the British designer's edgier side. Think sheer basketball jersey tanks, psychedelic graphic prints, paisleys, multi-zipper detailing, tech fabrics, paneled blazers, studded metal hardware, neoprene combos and intricate handmade embroidery. Each look was complemented with either a pair of funky bedazzled hi-tops or a more laid-back Birkenstock-like mandals. The colors were generally monochromatic with splashes of fluoro red, cobalt blue and mint green. It was indeed a mishmash of maximalist sportswear looks that we have seen in the past.
