I concocted this, rather quickly, for a friend who was over and breastfeeding, and for me, who wasn’t drinking at the time. Not only is it a perfect sipper for while detoxing and cleansing (lemon water is key to detoxify and alkalize the gut!) but also a refreshing mocktail that travels well. I just added my lemon/lime/mint juice to a water bottle, picked up some Pellegrino, and felt like I wasn’t missing a beat. It also looks like a cocktail so when you aren’t drinking people won’t harass you… does that ever happen to you?!
