A couple weekends ago, myself and fellow Southern Blog Society co-founder Jessica (of My Style Vita) headed down to Charleston, SC for a little work and a little fun. We’re already scouting locations for our 2015 Conference and were so thankful to be hosted by the Belmond Charleston Place. In their true southern ways, we were blown away by their hospitality, delicious food and all around amazing atmosphere. While it may have rained the whole time we were there, we were treated to a Moroccan Oil Treatment at their spa, and when we weren’t napping, were stuffing our faces with all the delicious food we could get our hands on. One such night, we went to Charleston Grill (Chef Michelle Weaver is a wizard, by far the most amazing meal I’ve ever had!) where I was glad I wore this roomy maxi dress, as we were served a 10-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Let’s just say, Jessica and myself can’t wait to go back for round 2 of Charleston fun!
