It also reminds me of Creamsicles, sorbet, and frozen yogurt. (But sometimes my stomach blogs for Swatch And Learn!)
This creamy pastel orange is a happy colour, and it’s perfect if you want your nails to be seasonally appropriate. (Then again, feel free to rock this even in the dead of winter or whenever you want. Nail polish is about having fun and self-expression, after all!)
Interesting factoid: I read on Zoya’s website that they originally released Cole during NYFW as Stella for Peter Som’s Spring/Summer 2014 Collection.

Key Notes
Cole by Zoya is a very creamy peach that actually makes me hungry just looking at it! (If you saw a frozen dessert or a smoothie this colour, I’m sure that you would also salivate.)
It’s a great colour that looks beautiful on pale and rich skin tones, and I like how it’s soft without being a traditionally feminine colour like pink.
The more I experiment with shades in this colour territory, the more I develop a softer spot for them. And it’s a shame that more people don’t sport this colour. I’m not sure why because it’s a pretty pastel that I think a lot of people could easily pull off. But, it’s one of those colours that you really need to wear to understand how nice it is!
Before I began wearing oranges and peaches, I thought that they would clash with my skin tone, but I was pleasantly surprised just how wearable they are! Sometimes you just have to take a small risk, and give it a go to discover something exciting. (That’s a philosophy that applies to life in general, too!)
The creamy finish delivers an opaque look. I used 3 coats, but you could probably get away with full opacity in just 2 coats, if you take your time during application. I, however, was a little too excited and painted my nails quickly, so parts were streaky, and I felt the need to correct my messy application with an additional coat.
Cole by Zoya glides on smoothly and beautifully. It also comes off just as easily, so you won’t need to scrub your nails raw or scream to the nail-polish gods for mercy!
I adore Zoya Cole so much because when I think of spring and summer, a peachy nail-polish is one of the colours that comes to mind. I love how it’s simple, yet the colour is so happy, it almost seems to make your nails ‘smile’.
Do you wear peach and orange nail polishes? What is a colour you thought would look bad on you, but when you tried it, you were pleasantly surprised? What do you love about the spring?
