The One Miraculous Hair Product I Can’t Live Without

Sometimes I get so caught up in sharing new products that I forget to give some love to some tried and true favourites. No matter how many different leave-in treatments, oils or creams I try, I always come back to the It’s A 10 Miracle Leave-In Lite (around $18 at select salons). It’s almost impressive how tangled my hair can get (I refer to the nape of my neck as the bird’s nest area) so I need a good detangling solution, but I also don’t want to weigh down my straight, limp locks.

I was introduced to this product years ago by one of my best friends (who is also a hairstylist—so I’m obviously going to take her word) and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve tried all the oils, lotions and potions that hit my desk, but none of them compare to this one. It leaves my hair soft, shiny and smooth without looking greasy or heavy (truly a miracle for those like me with straight hair).

This lightened-up version of It’s A 10’s classic Miracle Leave-In gives all the same benefits—adds shine, prevents split ends, eliminates frizz, protects from heat, resists humidity, etc—but keeps all of the body and volume I create. It works wonders for detangling (this plus the Tangle Teezer have made my knot-combing battles much easier) and can really be used all over without weighing the hair down.
