NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer: Review + Swatches

I've been seeing rave reviews about the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer everywhere these days, so a couple weeks ago I decided to snag a tube for myself to see what the hype is all about. This concealer is fairly new to the NARS lineup, as it was released earlier this year.

This product comes in a lip-gloss-esque tube with a long wand and doe foot sponge applicator. I went with the second lightest shade, Vanilla, which has a slight pink undertone.

This concealer was much more creamy than I expected it to be, despite the major hint in its name. It applies like a thick liquid, and though I usually find liquid-like concealers to be a bit dry, this one somehow warms up and melts into the skin like a cream.

NARS claims this concealer has hydrating skincare benefits and light diffusion to soften the complexion. I can feel the hydration, and it really does actually soften the lines and finish of my skin. In the photo below, I am wearing it under my eyes and in the corners around my nose. A little of this goes a VERY long way and it has amazing coverage. I especially like it under my eyes because the creamy consistency is easy to blend in (no tugging at my skin!).

Overall, I'm really happy with this product, and would recommend to anyone looking for a medium-full coverage concealer. It wears all day on me, though I do have dry skin, and creamy products are sometimes different on oily complexions. I've been preferring this to my Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer these days... is it possible it has been dethroned?! I'll need a little more time to tell.

The NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer retails for $28 (6mL) and can be purchased wherever NARS cosmetics are sold.

What is your favorite concealer these days?
xx, Allison
