Austin Bakes for Austin!

Austin Bakes is holding another citywide charity bake sale, this time to help out Austinites affected by recent floods. Funds will be used by Austin Disaster Relief Network to assist with clean-up and the rebuilding of homes for over 450 families. Last spring, Austin Bakes raised $18,251.92 for relief efforts for the town of West, Texas.

The Austin Bakes for Austin bake sale will take place on Saturday, November 30 from 10am – 2pm at various locations around town (TBA). Cash and checks will be accepted at the bake sale, but you can donate online at anytime using the online giving page.

If you’re in Austin and are interested in baking and/or volunteering for the bake sale, you can sign up now! I’ll be there with bells on (and baked goods).
