hey! just wondering, whats the name of that brown sauce that comes with roast duck? its bothering me that i dont know the name!

Hi! Hmm which kind of roast duck? Peking duck? I never thought of what the sauces are called lol. I asked my mom and she says it is called 甜面酱 (sweet bean sauce?). Or it could be plum sauce. Hope that’s what you’re looking for? :)
