My love for men's wear is becoming more and more apparent by the day. First ties. Then suspenders. I actually dreamt about suspenders. It was the darndest thing. Never a thought in my mind, until a little wardrobe dream fairy delicately whispered the idea upon me. 'Should I try them? Nooooo...they're for boys! I thought. And that sweet, sweet fairy assured me that suspenders are in fact, awesome. Now, I can't recall if said fairy was a style maven or not. But who am I to argue? So, I awoke with my hair in a tussle, and I tell you, I jumped straight out of bed, knowing that suspenders were making their way onto skinny jeans and tulle skirts in the near future.
Now other than my love for ties and suspenders, I find myself wanting to wear men's driving caps. I actually think men look err, dare I say, terrible in these things. {No 'fense dudes}. Honestly, I can't say I look much better. But either way, my wardrobe is becoming a little more masculine with each new accessory addition. And I like that juxtaposition.
