breakfast today:

  • several cups of chilled tea with lemon. let’s get this day started!
  • some green banana smoothies (lots of frozen spinach, a ripe banana, 1/2 cucumber, and some non-dairy yogurt c/o so delicious)
  • some “everything we’ve got in the pantry” sort of granola bars. you can find a great granola bar recipe in the latest issue of our magazine.
