A Relaxing Family Visit

One of our favorite little trips over the summer, was to see my folks, family, and best friend in the whole wide world. She's been my buddie since 2nd grade, but we won't say how many years that's been ;)

The girls painted sea-shells and made necklaces with them...

They picked lavendar from one of Mimi's gardens...

We played Bingo with my Grandpa and his wife. That was a lot of fun...

And we got to see my Mum's Day Lilly's in their prime. How gorgeous...

I love visiting my family! We are always sad leaving though, because we can only make the trip a few times per year. Luckily my Mum and my aunts and even occasionally my grandpa come to visit us. I'm so thankful for any time we get to spend together. Love that family of mine.
