This week my focus with food prep was healthy snacks! We are closing on our first home any day now so it will be important to have fuel on hand to keep us going with energy we will exert moving! Here are the snacks I prepped for the week: - Batch of Oatmeal Butterscotch Power Bars (recipe on the blog!) – can’t get enough of these homemade bars. They are a great combo of protein, complex carbs and healthy fats! - Batch of Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Bars (recipe coming soon!) – these also are homemade with natural ingredients while also satisfying that chocolate craving! - Washed and prepped carrots sticks and broccoli for grab-and-go veggies to pair with hummus. - Stocked up on and washed fresh fruits – apples, peaches and cherries – enjoying the flavors of summer!Are you food prepping this weekend?
