Stitch Fix #12 & cookies

I want to tell you all about my latest stitch fix (actually a few weeks old now) but before I do that I need to let you know that last week I stumbled upon a recipe on pintrest that I will forever repeat with my family, possibly a few times a month.

I was looking for some sort of treat for my kids that wasn’t full of sugar, and possibly even gluten free so that I could make it again when my mom was in town since she has celiac. What I stumbled upon was just the best recipe ever. I found the recipe on the blog: BeginWithinNutrition, and the cookies are called “Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins“.

All you need is 2 ripe bananas, an egg, vanilla, peanut butter, chocolate chips, honey, and baking soda. Y’all I promise you have lots of those ingredients in your kitchen right now! The only difference I did was that I didn’t make them in a mini muffin pan, but yet in regular muffin tins, so they are a bit larger, but if a treat has no sugar and no grains, then you deserve a bigger muffin!

My kids loved these, and they were perfect for my mom! Also we used a whole bag of chocolate chips the first time and they were rather gooey – but in an awesome way! Make them as soon as you can. You will thank me. I promise.

Okay on to my new clothes …

First of all, one of my kids always takes my pictures and when Cayden does it he always asks me to pose. He’s super cute because he’ll tell me to look away, or look down and then gets the “perfect” shot!

Okay so this jacket is super cute, but it didn’t feel good on. I also thought it was too small and that I would constantly be pulling at it. I love this and have seen lots around like this, but it didn’t work for me, so this one went back.

This top is super cute and fit just okay. Had this come in my box in April I would have kept it, but with us moving into cooler temps (you know 89 instead of 106) I sent it back.

How stinking cute is this top? I love it so much because it’s super casual, which is my style, but yet you could also dress it up. From the front you think, “oh just casual grey tshirt” and then bam look at that cute back! I have already worn the heck out of this shirt and love it so much! This one was a keeper!

This 3/4 sleeve top is perfect for our Austin Fall. Not too much fabric, because random fact about me … I have a hard time wearing sweaters … but perfect for cooler weather. This one is a keeper.

Maybe one of the most comfy items I’ve gotten in my box so far is this green sweater. I might wear this every other day this Fall. Love the feel of it and how light weight it is. Keeper!

So, once again StitchFix was a win for me. If you are interested in trying, I highly encourage you do two things. #1 Sign up NOW even if you aren’t 100% sure, because the wait for a box can be kinda long for your first time & #2 create a Pintrest board and give them the link. They actually look at it and it helps them style you!

Remember you pay $25 to get a box, but whatever you keep that money goes towards it, and whatever you don’t want you just send back in an envelope they have provided. Easiest shopping ever!

Also, I’d love it if you used my referral code because they have a great program that rewards you for sharing the love!
