Review + Swatches: No7 Pop & Glow Cream Blush - Mango Sorbet

If like me you love a good cream blush in the warmer months and want some fun, but wearable shades to brighten your day, then No7 may just be the stand to visit! After loving the No7 Instance Radiance Highlighter last year and loving it, I knew I had to give one of the Blushes a go. As silly as it sounds, they have the same packaging, so I figured I'd like it just as much, but actually, my experience hasn't been identical. Which just goes to show why you shouldn't judge a book by its cover!

The Basics The new Pop & Glow Cream Blush comes in a format that I've been seeing creeping into the shops recently. It's like a lip crayon, but a cheek version! The outside packaging matches the colour of the inside, so not only is the packaging practical (it twists up!), but it looks cute too! There is 5.5g of product inside, which fairly reasonable. In total the are 3 shades available, the others being Rose Blossom & Classic Rose - all three great shades for the warmer months. They are price at £9.95 and available from Boots.

The Formula This is a cream blush formula, but it doesn't feel greasy, nor too creamy - in a good way, it sets on the face to be almost powder like. Unlike most powder blushes I don't feel the need to set it with a powder, without setting it I get pretty good wear from it. At the 8 hour point there is definitely still some colour on my cheeks, but the product has become somewhat patchy. The product has no scent to it, which I know will make a lot of you happy! I've been using my fingers to blend it out, however I do find that this takes a fair amount of product back off of my face, so I find myself applying two coats of the product.

Colour & Pigmentation The colour of this is perfect for Spring, it's a gorgeous pastel orange shade. Usually orange shades are a big no go for me, but this one leans slightly peach, so coupled with being a pastel shade, this actually works really well for me as something a little different. Although this probably sounds like quite an intense shade, I can assure you it's actually very wearable. The shade contains no shimmer or glitter, but does give a subtle glow to the skin due to the cream formula. The pigmentation is actually pretty good, however it does blend out quite sheer (I use my fingers), so I tend to apply two layers.

The Good - really pretty colour, reasonable amount of product, practical packaging, still colour on my cheeks at the 8 hour point, not greasy.
The Not so Good - blends rather sheer, can get a little patchy towards the end of its wear.
Would I Repurchase? I'm not sure, sorry I can't be more decisive!
