Review + Swatches: GOSH Forever Eyeshadow Stick - Silver Rose

I showed you my best & worst cream eyeshadows a few days ago and now today I'm showing you the most recent addition to my collection. This is a new release from GOSH along with quite a few other exciting products that I'll be reviewing soon too! I just couldn't leave this on the shelf though as the colour is absolutely stunning - just my cup of tea when I'm looking for something a bit more natural!
As always I've included a summary at the end :)

The Basics The packaging on this is pretty standard for an eyeshadow stick, it is twist up meaning no messy sharpening and no product wasted. For those interested, the cap is definitely secure! Inside there is 1.5g of product, which isn't a massive amount, but definitely decent. In total there are 8 shades available, each of which are paraben free, preservative free and perfume free. These are available at Superdrug for £5.99 - although they're currently on introductory offer for £3.99.

The Formula At first I thought the formula had some weak points - it creased on me. But I did apply it on its own and quite thickly, just blending out the edges with my finger - these blend very nicely with your fingers! But I've since discovered that if you apply a powder eyeshadow in the crease (not necessarily on the lid) that these last a lot better and I get a good 8 hours wear crease and fade free. The texture is creamy, non-greasy and blends nicely. I do find that they set down nicely on the lids too.

Colour & Pigmentation
The colour of this is gorgeous and just what the name suggests. It's a pale and muted pink toned silver. Much like a rose gold shade, but a much more cool toned version. It looks gorgeous with bronzer and one of the matte shades from the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette in the crease - not that this is what I've shown you in the picture! The pigmentation is very good, with a very shimmery, almost metallic finish to it.

The Good - Pigmented, gorgeous colour, 8 shades available, cheap, secure & practical packaging, lasts well.
The Not so Good - Does crease without a powder shadow in the crease.
Would I Repurchase? Yes, love the colour!
Price & Availability - £5.99, Superdrug.
