Spending time in nature is the ultimate relaxing treatment. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of 'real life' can feel serene. Living in a city it's easy to get caught up in the rush, but I like to take the time to enjoy the natural world as much as I can. Last weekend I was visiting family down in Devon and this was the perfect opportunity to take some snaps with my new camera! Yes I got a new camera! After lusting after a 'proper camera' for about 7 years (no word of a lie!) I finally indulged and bought myself the much talked about Canon 600D - I am not disappointed!
I'm no expert on garden flowers, but this white and purple number is a real spectacle.

Life on the forest floor.
A beautiful late summers day in the garden
