BACKSTAGE: ELITE MODEL LOOK WORLD FINAL 2014

Last night was the night! The most influential modeling agency in the world – Elite Model Management – chose the winner of the annual Elite Model Look World Final. The winning girl, Barbora from Czech Republic and the winning boy, James from Italy definitely won for a reason (even if my favorite girl was Jessie from Taiwan) and the feeling to be backstage during this very special show was amazingly impressive. Only minutes before the show started the entire team (models, bookers, hair- and make-up people, coaches…) became really emotional, a lot of tears were running down the faces as the finale was so close and they have been living and working together the entire last month.
But then, when the show was over you could literally feel the excitement and stress decrease from everyone involved and on my way back to the hotel, where the after party took place, I ran into Liu Wen again after I saw here several times in the past few days. I finally managed it to ask her for a picture and she is the nicest person on earth. Relaxed, super friendly and stunningly beautiful in every minute of her life (probably). She even greets you with a huge smiling face when she passes you somewhere in the hotel, at the lunch buffet or in the elevator.
