out of my comfort zone.

Hello, friends! My name is Ilene (aka illy) from over at Much Love, illy. Today I am super excited to feature Elizabeths (of Delightfully Tacky) beige floral maxi dress. I got the chance to style it and give it my own twist - and you can bet I found a way to add a pop of color to it cause thats just how I roll. *wink*dress: borrowed from The Delight Dozen / neon pink belt: Forever21 / lace cover: tjmaxx / garren wedges: Blowfish ShoesSo to be honest, this dress was a little out of my comfort zone. Because Im on the short side (five feet, three inches, folks!), I have the tendency to shy away from maxi dresses or skirts, and I also shy away from more neutral colors. So when I saw the chance to style this lovely, I think it was daring me to style it - so I did...and I am in LOVE with the flow and the frillyness of it.But check out how the real pros knocked this dress out of the park!Elizabeth of Delightfully Tacky - I dare say that she models sheer perfection with those moccasins! And Im adoring her over the forehead, hippy headband and the belted waist!Jessie of Style and Pepper - This chick knew how to sophisticate this dress with those suh-weet, lace up boots and the olive green cargo! Work it, girl! Now your turn, friend! How do you style up your favorite maxi dress?Leave links if you recently modeled a maxi dress on your blog - wed LOVE to see!- much love, ilene (aka illy) xo -
