I love curly puffs but getting my hair to create one was a challenge I found early on in my natural hair journey. For one, I didn't have thick hair or even long hair so I was not going to have the traditional big thick puff that I wanted and had seen on other naturals.
I had issues with headbands and them slipping and I finally came up with a semi-solution with my Brastrap technique from Motowngirl.com. I liked it but didn't LOVE it so when I heard about this creation I jumped at the opportunity to give it a try.

I know, it looks like a bowed out banana clip but something MADE for our hair? Of course I had to give it a try and I'm glad I did. What an easy contraption and it's super light and wasn't snaggy. With all my coils I need something gentle so I was impressed. It looks great on and in and the process is super easy if you follow the instructions to the letter.

I am super happy about this product. It's really inexpensive, $11.99 on Amazon and they sell them internationally so my UK naturals will be excited about that. They boast it's for any curly/kinky/or curly and I believe it. It's made to fit around the thickest hair as well as the thinnest and still look like a great puff.
It was comfortable and light on my head. I didn't feel it yanking or pulling my hair and honestly it felt like nothing was in my hair. When I removed it I found NO hairs in the puffcuff and that made me smile. Smaller ones are in the works so they would be great for little ones. They will be available sometime this year.
