Summer Patio Inspiration + Giveaway! (Closed)

If you live in a city apartment, it’s pretty rare that you’ll get an outdoor space. But if you’re lucky, you’ll still get a little balcony or patio to enjoy. That’s me. I live up in the hills and have a little patio that overlooks SF. Yes, even though it is small it is quite breathtaking! And this summer, I want to dress up the patio to bring out the #bestfeelings for my family & friends and provide them with a space they can enjoy and relax!

Inspired by the new scent, Island Escape, from Glade®, I chose to decorate my patio with pretty flowers and tropical colors. The fragrance has sweet notes of pineapple, berries, and mangosteen, with hints of jasmine, amber and coconut. Doesn’t it sound delicious?! As soon as I smelled it I was whisked away to a tropical vacation and knew I had to recreate the feeling at home. To do so, I loved the idea of adding a bold, patterned rug and brightly colored cushions, using fun color schemes like fuschia and orange, and creating a little garden with summer greens and flowers. Yet again, I’m inspired to recreate a space in my home!
