Swatches: Femme Fatale Cosmetics The Nightmare, Opaline Shoal, Sugar Rush, Banshee Scream, Spectral Fragments, Wildvine, Grave M

Sophie from Femme Fatale Cosmetics sent me some samples to swatch and go over. It took me awhile but I’ve finally got them swatched, so here you go. Please note that Jewel Scarab is discontinued as some of the ingredients are no longer available, however Deepmoss is supposed to be a good alternative. Also uh I have Spectral Fragments and and The Nightmare switched on the heart and circle swatches.

Official Descriptions
The Nightmare is an eggplant purple base with intense golden green glimmers and sparkles.
Opaline Shoal is a slightly lavender toned warm light brown with blue shimmer.
Sugar Rush is a bright blue-toned purple with soft turquoise-green shimmer.
Banshee Scream is a pale greyed-out lavender with a subtle green shine.
Spectral Fragments is a deep blackened wine base with prominent turquoise shimmer which gives the overall shadow a mystic blue look.
Wildvine is a mid tone mauve/taupe with strong dusk pink tones and green shimmer.
Grave Moss is a soft green (just verging on teal) with green shimmer.
Jewel Scarab is a a deep blackened teal blue with green shimmers and turquoise sparks.
Witchwood is a vibrant green-gold metallic shade with a slight green/gold shimmer.
Underlord is a crushed berry with green shimmer.
Petrified Pumpkin is a sea teal blue/green base with golden shimmer.

The Nightmare is an extremely dark almost black purple with a bright emerald green sheen and green sparks.

Ingredients: Manganese Violet (Pigment Violet 16), Titanium Dioxide, Tin Oxide (77861), Silica, Ultramarines (Pigment Blue #29), Mica, Iron Oxide (77499), Synthetic Fluorophlogopite, Carnauba Wax, Magnesium Stearate. VEGAN

Opaline Shoal is a light nude with a lavender/light blue sheen. I really like this shade a lot.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide (77499, 77492, 77491), Tin Oxide (77861), Synthetic Fluorophlogopite, Silica, Magnesium Stearate, Carnauba Wax. VEGAN

Sugar Rush is a blue-toned purple with aqua sparks. Mmmmm purple. This was another favorite.

Ingredients: Titanium Dioxide, Tin Oxide (77861), Silica, Ultramarines (77007), Mica, Magnesium Stearate, Carnauba Wax. VEGAN

Banshee Scream is a pale gray lavender with a green sheen. Super pretty color. It makes for a beautiful sheer wash on the eyes.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide (77499), Ultramarines (77007), Tin Oxide (77861), Magnesium Stearate, Carnauba Wax. VEGAN

Spectral Fragments is a deep purple/blue base with green sparks.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide (77499, 77491), Carmine, Ultramarines (77007), Magnesium Stearate, Carnauba Wax. NOT VEGAN

Wildvine is a light rosy-champagney-sandy shade with a slight green sheen. I actually really like this shade. Sometimes it’s more of a rosy/champagne color and sometimes it’s more of a sandy green color. It’s very pretty.

Grave Moss is a bright fir green when over bare skin but over a primer or sticky base it turns into a bright green with gold and green sparks.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Oxide, Tin Oxide (77861), Ferric Ferrocyanide, Chromium Oxide Green, Yellow #5 Al Lake, Palmitic Acid, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Silica, Iron Oxide (77499), Magnesium Stearate, Carnauba Wax. Contains preservatives. VEGAN

Jewel Scarab is a blackened green with green and aqua sparks.

Ingredients: No longer available.

Witchwood is a orangey/gold/green metallic shade with gold and green sparks.

Underlord is a dark wine with a green sheen.

Overall I am very pleases with all of the shadows I received. Femme Fatale Cosmetics has a great eyeshadow formula and so far I have yet to be disappointed or meh about one. They are smooth and cream and blend great. FFC is one of my most favorite companies for duochromes, Sophie has a real knack for it. My favorites were Opaline Shoal, Banshee Scream, Wildvine and Sugar Rush. I definitely recommend trying out their products. I have a small list of things I *need* when I get back on my feets and can’t wait to get my hands on them. Also keep in mind that FFC is an Australian based company so the prices on the website are in Australian dollars and not American dollars. Sophie also makes fantastic blush and nail polish so you might wanna check those out too!
