Let the Holiday Baking Begin

I am in the mood for some holiday baking. The first thing I wanted to make was a simple sugar cookie with cinnamon and I came across a nice recipe on Pinterest. This is a basic sugar cookie that is nice to have around if some company comes over. You can freeze the dough too and just thaw and bake when your ready for some hot cookies!
