Outfit: Polka Dot Dress

This dress feels very Kate Middleton, or I should probably say – the Duchess of Cambridge. She does love a bit of polka dot action and fit and flare above the knee. Not sure she would be walking around caping a leather jacket over her shoulders, but you never know…she might on her off duty days!
