Edeline Lee SS15 LFW

I am so pleased with how these photo’s came out, if I don’t say so myself. Then again when the Edeline Lee SS15 clothes, set, models, make-up and lighting were all on point… it would be hard not to get great shots!

When I walked in the pop-up tent situated at the River Terrace at Somerset House I got very, very excited. All around the edge of the room was separate themed boxes containing a model or two. Guests could peer into every room of this colourful, surreal house.

Edeline Lee’s collection was inspired by renovating her own Victorian house in East London and working with Little Green People to bring this presentation together. The colours ranged from vibrant yellows, pastel pink and green, monochrome and construction grey.

Lee’s designs to me are always fresh, original and forward thinking. Never too outlandish though and very wearable. A perfect mix of quirky and chic. I loved the use of graphic foiled stripes, fringes and draped folds.

My personal favourite pieces are the culotte jumpsuit in the pink room and the coat in the kitchen.
